Have you tried filming it? I assume there's a great deal of static and interference. Anything else? Have you experienced any of the usual symptoms - headache, dizziness, panic?
The doll being trapped would be obvious. There's likely to be something else on top of it. Protect yourself as much as you can when you poke it - don't touch it with your bare hands or make eye contact. And try not to panic if it comes to life and attacks you.
Yeah, we'll film it over night. We have company, so we can't really do anything rash tonight. No symptoms or anything. Going to give it friends in a moment. The other toys have been interested in what we're doing.

Found a keycard to the Inn.
We're meeting back up with Zack and Kunsel first :)
Then we'll head down there.

If the keycard was at the end of a chain of traps, you must assume that the hotel could be just as dangerous. Be careful.
